Analytics firm ForeSee Results recently released the 2011 American Customer Satisfaction Index E-Business Report, and the survey says Facebook is not a very satisfying experience for many. In fact, the social network site came in dead last compared to other websites and companies.
The report notes that social media sites were at the bottom of the user satisfaction pole in general, though Wikipedia was the most popular among the group. YouTube came in second. Airlines and newspapers were some of the other types of companies that also received poor satisfaction scores.
