If you’ve ever wanted to have a 2-way radio on your wrist to be able to communicate like Dick Tracy, the future is here. These two-way wrist walkie talkies let you keep in touch on the trail when you’re out hiking or biking. I love walkie talkies when I’m out with friends, even on the slopes. There’s usually no cell service in those remote areas, and walkies are much better for communicating with friends in those situations. These radios are nice, because they are on your wrist, so you don’t have to worry about where to clip them on or hold them. They have a reported 6km range, which likely means about 1km in real-world terms. 6km is probably in perfect conditions and with clear line 0f site.

They use three AAA batteries, so they’re easy to replace. The large, easy-to-read display is backlit, so they’re very visible even in the dark. There are different channels so they can even be used in different countries (depending on the frequency required).
