Sony’s less expensive KDL-series 55-inch Bravia HDTV is crisp, clear, and has technology even as a non-plasma to have super clean motion on sports, movies and more, even in 3D. The built-in Wi-Fi makes available streaming services like Netflix and Pandora, plus weather reports and more.

It has great energy saving features, from using face recognition to turn off the TV when nobody is watching, to reducing the power to almost nothing at all when the set is turned off (some sets still use some power even when off). The monolithic look is covered on the front with Corning Gorilla Glass, which makes it durable and very clear.

If this is everything that the Sony has then I WANT IT! I have been looking for a new HDTV to go with the HD programming that I’m about to get from DISH. I have to have the best for the best, you know? I just don’t want to have something cheap and have nothing more I can do with it. I have to always check reviews and ask around before I make a big purchase and this is included. My friends and some DISH co-workers of mine told me to go with Sony. Now that I have read your great review I think I am. Cross your fingers I can find a great deal!
