If you listen to music, podcasts, etc. on your iPod, iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, Android smartphone or any other device with a 3.5mm mini-plug, you may find that you sometimes wish you had a speaker system for it. At home, you can set it up with all kinds of speaker systems, home theaters, docking setups and more. But what about when you travel? Carrying around a speaker system isn’t usually practical, and you never know what you’ll have access to at a friend’s house, the international meeting, etc. Here’s where the Rock-It 2 portable vibration speaker comes in amazingly handy. This really cool little device connects to your sound source (e.g. iPhone, iPad, etc.) and the attached pod connects to anything large and hollow. Could be a box, could be a cup, could be a glass jug, could be an ashtray (ok, with smoking on the decline, maybe not the latter), could be almost anything. A reusable adhesive pad holds the pod onto your chosen object and uses it as a surprisingly good amplified speaker.
