The HTC Rezound 4G/LTE Android Smartphone has all the features you’d expect in a top-of-the-line smartphone, except one thing: the price. It’s only 80 bucks, and it features a dual 1.5GHz processor, 4.3-inch multi-touch screen, front- (2 megapixel) and rear-facing (8 megapixel) cameras, the latter capable of 1080p video.
