Avaak Vue SB2300 Personal Video Network with Wireless Remote Video for Caregivers

The Avaak Vue SB2300 Personal Video Network with Wireless Remote Video system is an option for those who want to monitor their homes while away or check in on those they’re giving care to, etc. The set consists of two wireless, battery-powered cameras that can be placed anywhere, and a wireless receiver that plugs into your internet connection. You set up a private, protected account via Avaak and then you can view the cameras, in HD, anywhere from a PC or even your smartphone. An account with Avaak is required, the cost starts at $19.95 a month, but the first year is free. You can add additional cameras, including a choice with motion detection. The cameras are wireless and come with a peel-and-stick mount to be easy to place anywhere.

The caveat with this system is the same with all wireless cameras, once they’re on the internet, they are encrypted and protected, but there is a potential for someone right outside your house to view the feed from the cameras if they have the right equipment.
