It seems as if there is a new battle on the horizon in the war between Apple and Android. Up until this point, it seems as if the two entities have duked it out over smartphones but this new front will consist of something entirely new — tablets.
An Android-backed Motorola tablet is expected to hit the market in November, right in time for Christmas. The big news here is that an Android-backed tablet will presumably support Adobe flash, which famously, the iPad does not. While iPad users have limited videos options, that won’t be a problem with the Motorola tablet.
In terms of senior-specific specification, this tablet will pack the necessary punch, with a large 10 inch diagonal screen. It will also likely be equipped with an easy-to-use operating system and interactive content.
It is expected that this Motorola model will be the first tablet to be a serious competitor for the iPad. We can’t wait to hear more about the Motorola tablet come Fall.
