Could the uBot-5 Be the Face of Future Caregiving?

The Laboratory for Perpetual Robotics at the University of Massachusetts has developed the latest in robotic home assistants. The design was inspired by the human body, as the sensors mimic human eyes and ears, which constantly scan the environment. It is also programmed to detect and respond to any aberrations, including a fallen, unresponsive human.
